Rx For Professional Malpractice Prevention

The presentation will be lead by James Tuschman, director of outreach and engagement for the UToledo College of Health and Human Services. He has more than 50 years of experience as a trial lawyer for both medical and hospital malpractice cases.

The presentation will highlight the ways medical professionals can proactively protect themselves from malpractice suits and claims. Tuschman is a member of the Ohio and Toledo Bar Associations, the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Alumni Council of the Ohio State Moritz College of Law. He also serves as counsel to the law firm Barkan & Robon Ltd.
